理化性质
有不快臭味的液体。分子式C9-H15-N。化学式(CH2=CHCH2)3N。分子量137.22。相对密度0.8(20/4℃)。熔点<-70℃。沸点150~151℃。闪点39.44℃(开杯)。蒸气密度4.73。水中溶解度0.25g/100ml; 溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮和苯。遇热、明火、氧化剂易燃。加热分解,生成氮氧化物。

可经呼吸道、消化道和皮肤吸收。
毒理学简介
人(男性)吸入TCLo: 13 ppm/5M。
大鼠经口LD50: 1030 mg/kg; 吸入LC50: 554 ppm/8H。小鼠经口LD50: 492 mg/kg。兔经皮LD50: 400 uL/kg。
人在0.5ppm浓度下可闻及臭味。本品吸入毒性比一烯丙胺为弱,经口、经皮毒性比一烯丙胺与二烯丙胺为弱。对皮肤、粘膜具弱刺激作用。
临床表现
人在12.5ppm出现胸部不适与粘膜刺激症状,到50ppm时症状加剧,75~100ppm时粘膜刺激症状更见加重,伴恶心、眩晕、头痛等全身症状。
