N-异丙基-N-苯基对苯二胺; 防老剂 4010NA; N-Isopropyl-N-phenyl-p-phenylene diamine; IPPD; Antioxidant 4010NA; CAS:101-72-4
理化性质
深灰至黑色片状结晶。分子式 C15-H18-N2。分子量226.31。相对密度1.04(25℃)。熔点72~76℃。溶于苯、汽油,不溶于水。
接触机会
用作橡胶的防老剂。化工生产, 特别是橡胶及其制品的生产和使用者都能接触。
国内主要生产厂商: 南京化工厂、安徽铜陵有机化工厂
侵入途径
主要是皮肤接触。
毒理学简介
属低毒类。大鼠经口LD50: 720 mg/kg。小鼠经口LD50:1122 mg/kg。对皮肤具致敏性。本品与PPD等具交叉敏感性。
临床表现
皮肤接触后主要引起变应性接触性皮炎, 参见<化学物致变应性接触性皮炎的临床表现>。以0.1~ 0.5%浓度作皮肤闭合斑贴试验常获阳性结果。

*IPPD CAUSED VERY RAPID OXIDATION & DENATURATION OF PURIFIED HEMOGLOBIN. REACTION RESULTED IN FORMATION OF HEINZ BODIES, DECR IN REDUCED GLUTATHIONE & STIMULATION OF HEXOSE MONOPHOSPHATE SHUNT. OXIDATION OF BLOOD STORED IN CONTACT WITH RUBBER SEALS CONTAINING IPPD WAS OBSERVED. [R7]
*AFTER 5 DIFFERENT PROCEDURES, SIMILAR RESULTS WERE OBTAINED BY TESTING SKIN REACTION (IN VIVO) & BY TEST OF LYMPHOCYTE MIGRATION INHIBITION (IN VITRO). MAGNUSSONS & ALEXEJEV METHODS WERE SELECTED TO EVALUATE IPPD. [R8]
*PROLONGED CONTACT OF SUSCEPTIBLE INDIVIDUALS EITHER WITH RUBBER CONTAINING IPPD OR TO IPPD ITSELF DURING RUBBER MFR COULD PERHAPS RESULT IN HEMOLYSIS. [R9]
