针状晶体或无色至淡黄色粘性液体。有樟脑味,易吸湿。分子式C6-H12-O。分子量100.16。相对密度0.9449(25/4℃)。熔点24℃。沸点161.5℃。闪点67.78℃(闭杯)。自燃点300℃。蒸气密度3.54。蒸气压0.13kPa(1mmHg 21℃)。水中溶解度3.6%(20℃按重量比); 与乙醇、乙酸乙酯、芳香烃等混溶。遇热、明火可燃。与硝酸发生剧烈反应。

毒理学简介

人吸入TCLo: 75 ppm。

大鼠经口LD50: 2060 mg/kg。兔经皮LDLo: 12 gm/kg。

低毒。对中枢神经系统有抑制作用、高浓度时引起皮肤和粘膜的刺激。环己醇中毒时,兔尿中葡糖醛酸含量增加。

人吸入100ppm引起眼刺激。

IDLH: +400 ppm [R15]

临床表现

未见急性职业中毒病例。

*In a group of 174 women and 279 men who were exposed daily to less than the "permitted" concentration of cyclohexanol, 114 individuals showed nonspecific disturbances of the autonomic nervous system during a 2 year period, while only 8 out of 100 persons in a nonexposed control group had similar disturbances. *In a 48 hour closed patch test using 4% cyclohexanol in petrolatum, there was evidence of erythema or edema in human subjects. [R21, 358]

*... Ten human subjects /were exposed/ to various concentrations of cyclohexanol for 3-5 minutes. The estimated acceptable concentration in air for 8 hours was reported by the volunteer subjects to be less than 100 ppm. No person was actually exposed to any of the test concentrations for 8 hours. *Although headache and conjunctival irritation may result from prolonged exposure to its vapor, no serious industrial hazard exists. Prolonged contact of the liquid with the skin results in irritation, and the liquid is slowly absorbed through the skin. It is slightly toxic when ingested. [R16]
